To preserve the beauty of your cushion cover, gently hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or soak for extended periods. Line dry only and avoid tumble drying. If needed, use a warm iron on the reverse.

Australia-wide shipping from Brisbane, Queensland. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery taking a further 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and all parcels include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns

As a small business with limited stock, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check all product details before ordering. Handmade pieces may have slight natural variations in colour, texture or finish; these aren't considered faults.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, opening video and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
